        Lead the research on carbon based high performance electronics 

        Diluted Magnetic Semiconducting (DMS) nanowire studies

    Technical Co-op, Silicon Science & Technology Department, IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown Heights, NY 05/05-08/05    

        Developed the synthetic methods of Silicon and Germanium Nanowires on III-V group materials 

        Initiated the growth of predominately single-crystalline Ge film on SiO2 at low temperature (Pattern was submitted by IBM)
